Fiquei encantada com a frnaqueza e desprendimento do seu texto. Tenho que me policiar para ne3o ficar ligada o tempo todo. c9 mais uma compulse3o que temos que vencer para alcane7ar o equiledbrio. Hoje tenho 57 anos e estou na internet desde 1995, mas parece que cada vez mais estou aqui e menos no convedvio social, buscando freneticamente alguma coisa que ne3o sei exatamente o que e9. Gostei imensamente da sua proposta de se ligar no contefado e depois nas aplicae7f5es e plataformas. Vou tentar aplicar na minha vida, assim como o compromisso de ne3o ligar o computador nos fins de semana (Confesso que ainda estou longe disto! Ne3o possuo todo este equiledbrio.).

Our new administration has done more to steal our lreibty and freedom from us that England did when we initiated the Boston Tea-party and revolted against them!The election in November has the possibility of upsetting the vice-grip the liberals now have on our throats! i would suggest a hlaethy sandwich, and maybe some sliced celery cut into sticks, with a small to-go cup of peanut butter! Also if they are still younger, and they are begging for something sweet, you could get a box of those 100 calorie snack pack things. I know that kids love those. I think some cut up fruit in a fruit salad in a Tupperware would make a wonderful lunch snack. Maybe a bag of carrots too? Trail mix, and air popped popcorn? Also something good would be a half bagel, with a little container that has some cream cheese or butter to spread on the bagel. Fruit and veggies are always an option in nothing else works!Hope I helped!

I sit here smiling for the sake of the present moment and for the reason of peeking into your future where you walk amid the tall green standing nations’ and among the 4 legged and my heart feels good.
